Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Rental and Detail Shop Manager, where your leadership will drive excellence in vehicle rental operations and vehicle detailing services. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the rental and detailing teams to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain high-quality vehicle presentation.
- Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, inventory control, maintenance coordination, detailing and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the rental process from customer inquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring smooth transactions and accurate data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing clients through excellent communication skills.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette, resolving issues efficiently while promoting additional sales opportunities.




- Coordinate outside sales efforts by engaging with local businesses or fleet clients to expand rental opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of rentals, vehicle maintenance schedules, detailing services, and sales activities to support organizational efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales management within an automotive or related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to facilitate negotiation, marketing efforts, and team coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred to manage schedules, inventories, and documentation accurately.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures or experience overseeing maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to work outside regular hours as needed to support shop operations or special sales initiatives.
