Sentes Automotive is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team at Kelowna Infiniti Nissan.

This is a strong opportunity for a proven sales qualified who knows how to build relationships, manage a pipeline, follow up consistently, and close business. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of sales experience in a commission-based environment who is professional, driven, and focused on results.

Automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates from other performance-based sales backgrounds who are confident working with customers and motivated by income potential.

What you’ll do:

- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process in a professional and consultative manner
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business
- Actively prospect, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain current product knowledge on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles
- Keep accurate and organized records in dealership systems
- Work closely with the sales team and management to support strong results and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:





- Minimum 2 years of proven sales success in a commission-based role
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment
- Automotive industry experience is an asset
- Experience with CDK, One-Eighty, or Xtime is an asset
- VSA license is an asset, or willingness to obtain one

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday with one weekday off plus Sunday

Dealership hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Closed Sundays and statutory holidays
