What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers and our service team. You'll guide customers through the service process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure every visit is seamless from check-in to vehicle pick-up.Your day will include:

- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle needs
- Explaining maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, transparent manner
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Managing repair orders, estimates, and invoicing
- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service
- Contributing to dealership goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset

What We're Looking ForYou might be the perfect fit if you: ✔ Love working with people and building relationships

✔ Have strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Are detail-oriented and proactive





✔ Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership

✔ Have automotive service advising experience (preferred)

✔ Have experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar platforms (an asset)

✔ Hold a valid driver's license
