Let me introduce ourselves. I’m Kim, my husband Alex and I own and operate Car-Pro Tirecraft. The business started in 1968 by my father-in-law, Jim. A lot has changed over the decades but our commitment to our customers to provide trustworthy advice, honest suggestions and extensive product knowledge hasn’t. We continue to grow and learn in the ever-changing automotive workplace.

Alex and James run the front counter. Alex is always ready for a good laugh. James cares deeply and is constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond. Jim comes in regularly. He loves chatting with our clients or sharing a laugh with the guys.

The guys in the back are some of the best people to work with. They truly embrace the team environment and are exceptional technicians. Chris has the wittiest one-liners that you will ever hear. Howard loves food, music and occasionally will sing for the team while working. Danny has a heart of gold ready to jump in wherever needed. Diego’s quiet, calm demeanor and steady approach make him a dependable team player.

The Role The Service Consultant is the key link between our customers and technicians. You will manage the customer experience from initial write-up through completion of the repair, while providing knowledgeable and professional recommendations for maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include:

· Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

· Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

· Recommend and explain required maintenance and repairs

· Prepare and present estimates

· Communicate effectively with technicians and customers

· Manage repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process

· Identify appropriate opportunities for additional maintenance and repairs

· Review completed work and invoices with customers

· Contribute ideas to improve customer service, shop efficiency, and business growth

What We’re Looking For

· Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required (min 2 years)

· Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair

· Proven ability to recommend and sell automotive repairs and maintenance

· Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities

· Professional, honest, and dependable

· Takes ownership and pride in their work

· Self-motivated and interested in helping the business grow

· Valid driver’s license

What we offer

· Competitive Salary (range $65,000 - $80,000 per year)

· Consistent work schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (no weekends)
