Salary: $60-100,000/year

Your compensation will reflect your performance, and we sweeten the deal with an attractive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience.

End Date: As soon as we find the right candidate

Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance services, including:

- Provides excellent customer service and ensures ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
- Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
- Understands customer needs and provides them with a complete solution.
- Estimates cost and time for service and repairs needs. Ensures final invoice is the same as estimate and vehicle is delivered on time.
- Acts as liaison between customers and technicians and manages the status of work orders.
- Schedules service and repair appointments.




- Assist the Manager/Technician in digital inspection.
- Operates computerized work order systems.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of customer service experience in the auto repair industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
- Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
- Basic math and keyboarding skills.
- Good working knowledge of Protractor is an asset, not required.
- Experience in a similar role, in an Active Green+Ross, is considered an asset.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Valid driver’s license
