Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable AZ/DZ Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight efficiently across various locations. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, automotive repair, and freight handling will ensure timely deliveries and uphold our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Safely operate AZ or DZ licensed commercial trucks, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and secure placement
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips, identifying maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Assist with freight documentation, including verifying shipment details and completing delivery logs accurately
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to maintain vehicle performance
- Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to plan routes and optimize delivery schedules




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Experience

- Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have Letter of Experience for 2-3 years current from commercial insurance company
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably within logistics or freight transportation
- Hands-on experience operating electric forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics to identify common vehicle issues
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently
