Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for long-haul and local deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, freight manifests, and vehicle logs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.




- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to keep trucks in optimal condition.
- Operate forklifts safely within warehouse environments for loading and unloading freight.

Qualifications

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight transportation or heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; forklift certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
- Basic automotive repair skills for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road or at the yard.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation and compliance.
