Candidate Profile

Reporting to the Head Golf Pro and Assosicate Golf Pro, this is a seasonal, hourly rate position, with opportunities to be considered for positions working through the quieter winter season. Ideally the selected candidate will be available Monday to Friday until October 31st.

Position Summary

Camelot is seeking a service driven, passionate and visible Back Shop Attendant to help our golf team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and to follow instructions on health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong motivation and work ethic
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in a golf course environment considered an asset
- Bilingualism consider an asset

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and operations of the driving range, golf cart fleet, and the building and grounds in and around the clubhouse and cart storage
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with Members and guests, other golf shop and back shop employees, supervisors and managers
- Picking up golf balls, manually and using a motorized golf cart




- Setting up the range, including moving tee markers and tending the range throughout the day
- Performing light janitorial duties
- Cleaning equipment
- Marshalling golf cart
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service to all Members and guests
- Other duties as assigned

Availability Requirement Monday through Friday availability is required.

Applicants must be available for regular weekday shifts beginning mid-late August 2026 and continuing through the fall golf season.

Compensation & Benefits:

An hourly rate starting at $17.60/hour will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Opportunity to join the team of a top private club and gain valuable experience. Access to play on our Top 100 course is also provided at non-peak times.
