1st RND WEM is a family friendly sports restaurant in West Edmonton Mall, on Bourbon Street, and we are looking for 1-2 experienced Back of House Shift Managers to bring passion, energy, and a new dynamic to our management team.

About Us:

1st RND is a sports themed face paced, high volume restaurant and we have two locations in Edmonton, one in West Edmonton Mall, and one down the street from Rogers Place.

We are currently hiring for our West Edmonton Mall location located on Bourbon Street inside the mall. We burst onto the culinary scene in 2014 and have been Edmonton’s go to sports destination ever since we opened.

We are committed to everything burgers, beers, and sports!

We serve high-quality gourmet burgers, have over 30+ flavors of chicken wings, and over 50+ beers on our Drink Menu, including local craft favorites, domestic standouts, and international brands.

We play the game with sound everyday and pick feature sporting events to showcase. If you are looking to cheer on your favorite team in the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, EPL, or wanting to watch a championship final or internation sporting tournament, we have all your sporting needs covered!

We are a high volume, fast paced restaurant environment that has a great group of team members and we are looking to add another leader to our roster.
