Take on an impactful role as an Independent Public Health Nurse within the Early Visiting Program. Deliver crucial nursing services focused on health promotion and secondary prevention within the community.

You will work autonomously under managerial guidance, conducting informed assessments and making critical health decisions. Your role will engage with other healthcare professionals and various community sectors to enhance health outcomes according to established public health standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver nursing services as directed by the Manager • Make informed primary decisions based on assessment findings • Implement health promotion and preventive strategies • Collaborate with health professionals and community groups • Apply knowledge from health and social sciences in practice

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) • Valid Class 5 driver's license • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant Certificate (IBCLC)
