• Respond to HR inquiries and guide users effectively
• Manage employee lifecycle event cases to completion
• Provide exemplary service via phone, chat,



and online portals
• Collaborate with HR partners to resolve complex issues
• Record inquiries accurately using case management software
Requirements:
• University degree in HR or related field
• Two years of relevant HR experience required
• At least one year in a service-oriented role
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
