Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and reservations with courtesy
- Check guests in and out accurately, ensuring all information is correctly recorded
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and verifying guest identities




- Assist with administrative tasks such as logging arrivals/departures and updating guest records
- Support other front desk operations during overnight shifts to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for transparent, professional interactions
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest management software is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
