Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background baking, with the ability to create a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Baker will play a vital role in delivering exceptional products to our customers while ensuring a positive experience.

Duties

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes.
- Decorate cakes and other items according to customer specifications and seasonal themes.
- Follow recipes accurately while also being able to adjust ingredients as needed for quality control.
- Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during the preparation and baking process.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about product offerings.

Qualifications

- Proven qualified experience in baking in a bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment.
- Skills in cake decorating are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- available to work Tuesday-Saturday 3 am to 11:30 am
