Duties

- Design and decorate cakes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring each masterpiece meets customer expectations
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, bread, and desserts, following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients to support daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to strict food handling and safety standards
- Package baked items carefully for takeout or delivery orders, ensuring freshness and presentation quality




- Provide friendly and attentive customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks in a high-energy environment

Requirements

- Proven experience in baking, or food preparation within a food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with baking
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods to preserve quality during transport
- Prior restaurant experience is highly preferred; culinary certifications are a plus
