The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running. For candidates who demonstrate strong reliability, organization, and a natural ability to guide others, this role has a clear pathway to a Team Lead position.

What You’ll Do:

· Craft the Perfect Morning: Serve as a skilled barista, crafting specialty Italian coffees, espressos, and cappuccinos.

· Guest Experience: Welcome guests, take phone orders with a friendly attitude, and provide attentive, productive customer service.

· Manage the Counter: Keep our display cases looking flawless by replenishing fresh pastries, cakes, and breads throughout the day.

· Smooth Operations: Process transactions accurately at the cash register and maintain a sparkling clean, organized front-of-house environment.

What We’re Looking For:

· The Early Bird Advantage: A morning person through and through.



You must have full availability for early morning start times on both weekdays and weekends.

· The Fast-Paced Pro: You thrive under pressure and enjoy the energy of a busy weekend or holiday rush.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or barista/cashier experience in a food service or retail environment preferred. Willing to train and coach candidate that may not have the experience but the attitude and willingness to learn.

· Reliability & Flexibility: Available to work weekends and during our busy holiday seasons
