Buns Master Bakery Langley is a family-owned and operated business that has been operating in Langley for over 40 years. Duties and responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

- Dough Preparation: Measure and load ingredients into commericial mixers
- Line Automation: Monitor dough as it moves through automated industrial equipment like dividers, rounders, and molding machines.
- Proofing & Baking: Load shaped dough trays/racks into proofing rooms and monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect loaves and buns during the baking process for uniform sizing, shape and cust colour.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace by scraping dough tables, sanitizing machines, and strictly adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Other duties: Perform other operational and production duties as requried by management.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this job include:

- Experience:



Previous food manufacturing or commercial bakery experience is preferred, but we will train individuals with strong work ethic.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work changing shifts, including weekends, depending on bakery production demands.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: FOODSAFE Level 1 (or you must be willing to complete training within your first 30 days).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk on a warm bakery production floor for 8-hour shifts and lift bins up to 30 lbs.

Working conditions Scheduled to work 5 days per week including weekends, with a minimum of 8 hours each shift.

Physical requirements

Capable of lifting to 50lbs to shoulder height and being able to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
