Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, or light snacks according to safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling and sanitation practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar transaction processing tools
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and register reconciliation
- Experience in serving or food preparation within the food industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
