Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of events
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations
- Monitor guest needs throughout the event, responding promptly to requests or concerns
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols
- Clear tables, reset for subsequent service, and assist with cleanup at the end of each event
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills





- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a solid foundation in food service practices
- Excellent guest services skills, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to serve efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Hospitality experience, including hotel or event venue work, is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work as part of a team in a lively setting
