We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Banquets & Event Setup Staff to assist in the preparation and execution of events. Responsibilities include setting up tables, chairs, linens, and decor, as well as breaking down event spaces post-function. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the events team to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and break down event spaces according to floor plans
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and event decor
- Assist with basic AV and lighting setup (if applicable)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Provide support during events as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in events or hospitality (preferred but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
