Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate the Micros POS system accurately for order entry and payment processing
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve guests promptly and uphold service quality




- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; training provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Experience with cashiering or serving in a restaurant environment is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
