Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and offering expert recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic setting for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and grooming essentials to enhance client satisfaction and sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product suggestions.
- Keep workstations organized and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon or barbershop setting.
- Solid communication skills to effectively discuss styles, services, and retail options.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client needs.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and enthusiasm for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
