Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations

Requirements





- Previous Barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Proficiency with POS systems for productive order processing
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
