We are looking for experienced baristas who are bubbly, energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, able to multitask, problem solve, thrive in a busy environment, and can jump into a variety of roles throughout the day. You will be part of a friendly team where communication, balance of professionalism and fun, and great customer service are key.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and serve top tier espresso-based drinks and other beverages to Goldie’s Donuts & Bakery standards
- Package donuts and pastries, as well as grill sandwiches.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service
- Assist with daily cafe operations — from restocking, doing the dishes, and cleaning to serving donuts, pastries and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately




- Support your team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous barista or café experience (minimum 1 year). Someone that knows how to dial in a good espresso, steam milk to the right consistency, and is able to create consistent latte art.
- Passion for great coffee and genuine hospitality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy setting
- Flexible availability full-time

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.25 per hour
