Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items according to health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment,



and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks and restocking supplies during shifts

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
