Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols.




- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Support food safety practices by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Sqaure POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and safely following food safety guidelines.
- Basic math skills for cashiering duties including cash handling and making change.
- Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, safety, and hygiene practices is a plus.
