About the Position

Waves Coffee House is opening soon in St. Albert, Edmonton! We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join the opening team at our new Waves Coffee House location.

We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with customers, thrive in a fast-paced workplace, and are committed to providing excellent service and consistently high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, specialty drinks, and food items according to Waves Coffee House recipes and standards
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain consistent product quality, presentation, and beverage standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Restock products, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift
- Complete opening, closing, and daily operational duties as assigned




- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service and quality standards
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other team members
- Follow Waves Coffee House policies, procedures, recipes, and brand standards
