Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will have experience in food industry settings, including food handling, serving, and food preparation, along with strong communication skills.

Previous barista experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety standards
- Manage food handling and food safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed,



including basic food assembly
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer orders during busy periods
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming setting for all guests

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or related customer-facing roles preferred, including barista or serving experience
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle high-volume periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with cashiering, food preparation, or food industry operations is desirable
