Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items while adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out customers and balancing registers at the end of shifts.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food handling areas and dining spaces.
- Follow all food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations to ensure a protected environment for everyone.

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; a passion for coffee and customer interaction is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order accuracy, and register balancing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a quick-paced setting.
