Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for efficient transactions
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met




- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling baked goods or snacks when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service

Qualifications OPEN AVAILABILITY especially opening shifts

- Previous barista experience or robust interest in the food industry is preferred
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
