Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or snacks to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and confidently
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash transactions, measuring ingredients, and inventory management
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in serving or food industry roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
