Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristas and Store Supervisors to join our % Arabica team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This role requires a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

The Barista will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring food safety standards are met throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Lead Supervisor to assist with running the store
- Operate POS systems, including Square, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Take customer orders with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or other menu items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality.
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns courteously and professionally.

Experience

- Prior experience as a Barista or in the specialty coffee industry
- Good Latte art
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles demonstrates robust customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills related to cash handling are advantageous.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
- Experience with Latte art and specialty coffee
