Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to maximize performance and engagement
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to ensure optimal product presentation and availability
- Manage sales activities by setting targets, monitoring progress, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals through effective sales management techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills
- Conduct payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate financial records and store documentation
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and promote ongoing promotions or special events
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements related to retail management

- Robust leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and purchasing processes
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective customer engagement across diverse populations
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff to foster a high-performing team
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in cash handling, cashiering, bookkeeping, and payroll processing with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
- Adept at using organizational tools for recordkeeping and administrative functions such as math skills for inventory counts and financial reconciliation
