Bar Allegro is looking for an experienced bartender—or a bartender ready to take on more responsibility—to join our team on College Street.

Created by the team behind Bar Pompette, Bar Allegro gives us room to take the same level of care, precision and technical knowledge and apply it in a larger, livelier and more relaxed neighbourhood bar.

The drinks are ambitious. The atmosphere isn’t precious.

Behind cocktails that are clear, approachable and easy to enjoy, there is serious work: modern techniques, thoughtful preparation, strong mise en place, exact execution and a real attention to balance and consistency.

We are looking for someone who is excited by that work, but who also understands that technique should always serve the drink—and that the drink should always serve the guest.

What you’ll be doing

- Making consistently excellent cocktails
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining an organized bar
- Delivering warm,



relaxed and attentive service
- Supporting and developing the bar team
- For the management role: leading service and maintaining standards

Who we’re looking for
- Strong bartending experience and cocktail fundamentals
- Curious about ingredients and modern techniques
- Organized, reliable and attentive to detail
- Warm, collaborative and low-ego
- Available evenings and weekends
- Management experience is an asset, but not essential
