Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Prior restaurant experience as a server/bartender is preferred. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Use POS systems like clover POS for order entry and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Ensure responsible serving of alcohol by monitoring guest consumption
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow all food safety and handling protocols to maintain hygiene standards




- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant environments, especially in bartending and server roles
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as clover POS, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Good time management skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
