Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours through effective time management
- Handle cashing out customers, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably as a bartender or in a hospitality role
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws and regulations
