This role requires you to attract qualified franchises and nurture relationships throughout their onboarding journey. You will coordinate cross-functional support to deliver a seamless franchise transition, working closely with various teams to facilitate current openings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, qualify, and convert franchise candidates effectively
• Oversee the entire franchise sales cycle from lead generation to execution
• Develop robust relationships with brokers and industry contacts
• Execute market research to identify potential territories
• Ensure all sales comply with franchise regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field
• At least 5 years in franchise or business development
• Established track record in sales and growth
• Consultative sales skills and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
