Join NSCC's team as a Learning Commons Assistant focused on test administration in Kentville, Nova Scotia. This role emphasizes service delivery and support for diverse learners.

In this full time position, you will report to the Manager of Student Supports and assist in administering local tests while ensuring accessibility accommodations. You will provide learning services such as notetaking assistance and study strategy guidance. Analyzing and reporting on service delivery will help enhance the effectiveness of campus events.

Key Responsibilities: • Administer tests and invigilate at the Testing Centre • Coordinate with students and faculty on test schedules • Deliver learning support services for academic success • Analyze service data for continuous improvement • Assist in organizing campus events like orientations

Requirements: • Post-secondary certificate or diploma required • Two years of relevant experience necessary • Experience in working with adult learners preferred • Proficiency with educational technologies and Microsoft offices • Strong communication and coordination skills
