Reporting to the Senior Managing Director, you'll play an instrumental part in shaping investment strategies, guiding financial oversight, and enhancing client engagement. Your considerable experience in asset management will support the execution of investment goals and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate on assessing market and asset-level performance • Implement long-term business plans for portfolio enhancement • Manage acquisitions and oversee financial modeling processes • Support investor relations initiatives and client presentations • Participate in Investment Advisory Committees and detailed RFPs

Requirements: • Strong knowledge in financial performance and cash-flow analysis • Proven understanding of diverse real estate asset types • Exceptional relational networks within investment management • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
