Join L’Arche Toronto as a House Assistant (or DSW/PSW) in one of our five supportive homes located in East Toronto. You will engage collaboratively with staff to facilitate daily living support and administer medications, while adhering to established individual support plans. This role emphasizes the importance of community and personal development for core members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily living skills and personal hygiene for core members
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in shared living spaces
• Document daily activities and necessary medical forms




• Support core members in community appointments and activities
• Assist team with resolving conflicts and fostering communication
Requirements:
• Background in DSW, PSW, or Social Services is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in Developmental Services is favorable
• Flexible and composed in high-pressure situations
• Valid G driver’s license preferred
