Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty
• Follow production schedules and recipes accurately
• Operate manual and electrical equipment safely




• Knead and shape dough into rolls and other products

Requirements:
• Certified Baker or Journeyperson is preferred
• Minimum two years of bakery experience required
• Successful completion of Baking Apprenticeship Program preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently
