About Us

We are a growing beauty business specializing in cosmetics and press-on nails. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Beauty Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team.

This position is mainly focused on product sales and customer service. From time to time, you will also help create simple, faceless content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

We are a small and supportive team, so we truly value someone who is responsible, willing to learn, and interested in growing with the business. You do not need to be an influencer or appear on camera.

Main Responsibilities

- Introduce and sell cosmetics and press-on nails to customers
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products
- Answer product questions and provide friendly customer service
- Follow up with customers and help maintain valuable customer relationships
- Organize, display, and restock products
- Keep the sales and display areas clean and presentable
- Learn about new products, promotions, and current beauty trends
- Occasionally take product photos or short videos for TikTok and Instagram
- Create simple faceless content, such as product demonstrations, unboxings, nail displays, hand-only videos, or voice-over videos
- Assist with other daily sales and business tasks when needed

What We Are Looking For

- A genuine interest in cosmetics, beauty products, or press-on nails
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable communicating with customers
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and dependable
- Willing to learn about products and improve sales skills
- Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms




- Able to create simple and natural product content without appearing on camera
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in beauty sales, retail, customer service, or social media is preferred, but not required
- English communication skills are required; Mandarin is an asset
