Job Posting: Program Leader – Before & After School Program

Location: Chuka Blvd., Regina, SK.

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Casual

Availability Required: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM AND 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Applicants must be available during both time slots to be considered.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Program Leaders to join our Before & After School Program team! If you are passionate about working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, lead, and implement creative and active programming for up to 40 children (Kindergarten to Grade 6).
- Supervise and support the physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being of children in your care.
- Set up and clean up materials (tables, chairs, activity supplies, etc.) before and after program hours.
- Engage with children through interactive play, arts, crafts, and group games.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all participants.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families,



and fellow staff members.
- Serve as a positive role model and mentor to children in the program.

Requirements:

- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for both morning and afternoon shifts.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience working with children is an asset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license (location is on Chuka Blvd.).
