Join Mackenzie Health as a Behavioural Health Program Consultant, where you will implement vital interventions and training programs. This position enhances skills for diverse populations in a healthcare setting. As the Program Consultant, you will assess client needs and create tailored behavioral intervention plans.

You will oversee the training of mediators and facilitate ongoing education for agencies and parents. Frequent travel within York Region and Simcoe County is essential to ensure comprehensive programming. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed assessments to guide treatment plans
- Design and implement effective behavior interventions
- Supervise mediator training and behavioral principles
- Develop and facilitate community education programs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing training initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or similar experience
- Hold a valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
- Knowledge in behavior therapy for varied populations
- Robust verbal and written communication abilities
