The Program

Manager will coordinate initiatives within Bell’s Engineering & Operations team and report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Business Transformation. You’ll need 3–7 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Your work will focus on improving governance processes, supporting change initiatives, and driving strategic objectives across teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks and documentation
- Monitor project progress against strategic goals
- Support organizational design and capability initiatives
- Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement Requirements:
- 3–7 years in Program Management or similar roles
