Duties

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Recruit, interview, and onboard current team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets through effective merchandising and marketing initiatives
- Manage payroll, cash handling, pricing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Oversee inventory purchasing, stock levels, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct regular team training & development sessions to enhance skills in sales techniques, POS systems, and customer service
- Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust plans to improve overall store profitability

- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail settings
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
- Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Proficient in POS systems, merchandising tools, and retail software applications
- Adept at recruiting, interviewing, and training staff to build high-performing teams
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategies, and financial recordkeeping including bookkeeping and payroll management
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to time management and multitasking under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures with integrity and professionalism
- Effective marketing skills to promote store promotions and community engagement initiatives
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales analysis
