As a Construction Estimator, you will leverage your college education or equivalent experience and 3-5 years in estimating to prepare and submit detailed estimates. You'll read drawings and specifications, ensuring resources are effectively monitored. This role will allow you to maintain supplier directories and manage project costs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates of material and labor costs
• Interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
• Generate estimate reports and bidding forms




• Implement cost monitoring and reporting systems
• Maintain inventory directories for contractors and supplies
Requirements:
• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent
• Experience: 3-5 years in construction estimating
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Strong organizational skills for cost management
