We have a vacant full-time, permanent Bilingual Credit Administrator position available at our Moncton, NB location. This is an in-office position, reporting to the Credit Supervisor.
The Credit Administrator is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate dealer records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role supports our dealer network by handling billing, reconciliation, and customer account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conduct collection calls to our servicing dealers for payment of past due invoices.
- Respond to requests from dealers for invoices/statements.
- Review and release customer orders and handle telephone and email enquiries from our dealer network in a timely manner.
- Post customer payments to dealer accounts.
- Oversee the dealer payment status database, ensuring all records are accurate and regularly updated.
- Accurately complete dealer credit information requests from other suppliers on a timely basis.
- Reconcile monthly billings from financing company and prepare various reports monthly.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced office environment preferably in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Bilingualism is required (Written and oral proficiency in English and French)
- Exceptional skills with MS Office, SAP, and Excel.
- Excellent customer services skills, including accuracy of information through high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations and make organizational decisions while maintaining a pleasant “customer service” oriented demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential.
