We are looking for a Bilingual Daycare Worker (FRENCH AND ENGLISH) to join our dynamic early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will create a nurturing and engaging setting for young children, fostering their development through caring interactions, educational activities, and support for diverse needs. Your bilingual skills will enable effective communication with children and families.

Duties

- Provide attentive caregiving to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being throughout the day
- Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and consistent discipline strategies
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members in both French and English
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assigned cleaning duties, cooking and dishes

Skills





- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is an asset
- Proven caregiving skills that demonstrate patience, empathy, and attentiveness
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with children and families from different backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
