The Bilingual High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting execution while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires aligned to business goals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to drive requisition outcomes, influence hiring decisions, and consistently deliver a solid candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining accountability to performance metrics

What You**
- ’ll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for 40+ requisitions, including high-volume and multi-headcount openings, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, while delivering quality hires, maintaining hiring velocity, and ensuring exceptional candidate exp
- erience.Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, success criteria, interview processes, and hiring timelines while serving as a trusted advisor through market insights, talent intelligence, proactive communication, and consultative guidance to support informed hiring decisions and successful recruiting o
- utcomes.Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve results, and consistently achieve hirin
- g goals.Proactively source and engage talent through digital, social, referral, and direct sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pi
