Responsibilities

- Operate bindery equipment such as cutters, trimmers, folders, and binding machines to process print jobs efficiently.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the production process.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals while maintaining safety standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring proper binding, trimming, and packaging before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Document production activities accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly.

Requirements

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, preferably with bindery or finishing operations.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with machining equipment used in print finishing processes.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of packaging procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including inventory handling and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
